As your advisor I could not help but notice that you have completed the requirements for a ________ ________ degree, but have not applied for graduation? If this is not the case, you may disregard this letter now. This letter is an attempt to let you know that you should apply to graduate ASAP (the deadline has past, but they will make exceptions for about another week). This last step in applying for graduation is required in order to finalize the requirements for your degree. Otherwise, you have not “officially” completed all requirements for your degree.
